It can be confusing to decipher which fruit trees need what type of pruning in summer. Join us to learn the theory and practice of summer fruit tree pruning, and together we will help to maintain the fruit trees at Western Flatts Cliff Park.

By the end of the workshop, you will know how to:

• Prune stone fruit trees, including plum, damson, cherry, apricot and almond.

• Prune new growth on apple and pear trees following winter pruning.
