We blend theory and hands-on practice on our courses, leaving you competent and confident
Each year we run a series of courses following the seasonal cycles of fruit tree growing and care. We aim to teach the skills required to plant, graft, and prune fruit trees, as well as how to make the best out of your harvests.
Dates and venues for each training workshop are listed below and on our Eventbrite page. Places are limited, so please book in advance to reserve your spot.

Course Feedback
“Knowledgable staff member who made the session fun and exciting, explained things really well and let us have a go while always supervising.”
“I like the teaching style, it’s calm, conversational and I never feel talked down to or like the trainers way is the only way. I like how space is made for discussion and attendees with knowledge and experience are included and given space to share.”
“Friendly and approachable workshop leader. The way information was delivered/style of delivery, easy to understand and remember. Lots of hands on time with the trees using what we learned.”
“Enthusiasm of all involved. Very organised event with very clear instruction on tasks. A hugely enjoyable day, among an age range & background of like- minded people.”
